Quality Control
- Fabric & Material Inspection All fabrics are checked for defects and tested for shrinkage, stretch recovery, durability, and colorfastness to ensure consistent performance in water and sunlight.
- Pre-Production Sample QC Before mass production, we verify stitching accuracy, structural integrity, and design alignment in pre-production samples, ensuring the final product matches your specifications.
- In-Process Quality Checks During production, we monitor cutting precision, sewing uniformity, print clarity, and construction details to eliminate defects early.
- Post-Production & Finishing Inspection Each finished garment undergoes a full check for size consistency, seam strength, elasticity, and overall finish after pressing.
- Final Pre-Shipment Audit Before shipping, we verify correct labeling, packaging, sizing accuracy, and order completeness to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
How Do We Process Your Bulk Order?
Our bulk production process is efficient, transparent, and fully trackable — you’ll always know the status of your order. Standard lead time for bulk swimwear orders is 30–45 working days after sample approval.
1. Confirm Your Order
Once your sample is approved, we’ll confirm the final order quantity and production timeline with you. To kick off production, you’ll submit the initial deposit. Upon receiving payment, we immediately begin bulk sourcing of fabrics and accessories.
2. Order & Inspect Fabrics & Accessories
Every fabric roll is inspected meter-by-meter for defects, then pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage risks in finished garments. All accessories are also checked for quality, color accuracy, and durability before entering production.
3. Cutting Fabric
Experienced technicians use your approved patterns to cut fabric with precision, ensuring consistent sizing across all pieces.
4.Organize “parts”
Cut fabric pieces are bundled and labeled by style, size, and component. This ensures the sewing team can assemble garments without mix-ups, even for complex designs with multiple parts.
5.Printing (If Applicable)
For swimwear with logos, placements, or all-over prints, we print fabric pieces before sewing. This gives us full control over print alignment and avoids costly rework later.
6.Sewing
Our specialized assembly line ensures each step is handled by an expert: piecing, hemming, strap-making, and more. This division of labor maximizes efficiency and consistency.
7. Quality Control
Every finished swimsuit undergoes 100% inspection: Size accuracy within tolerance No stains, damage, or excess threads Secure seams and no color loss Full compliance with your specifications
8. Ironing & Finishing
Qualified items are professionally pressed to remove wrinkles and enhance shape retention, ready for packaging.
9. Packaging & Shipping
We fold each garment, attach your custom hang tags/labels, and pack them in protective bags before placing them in export cartons. All packaging follows your requirements, with tracking available for your shipment.
